Nothing drives sales and marketing better than face to face contact. The Pink Iron Women's Expo will successfully pair your business with a targeted audience of decision makers. Attendees will arrive to shop, learn and try products and services designed for themselves, their family or even their businesses. Exhibiting at the Expo will provide you with a unique opportunity to meet with hundreds of women. You will not only receive an exhibitor table and space, but you will also be a part of our pre-event promotional campaign that includes radio, specialty publications, OOH, and social media to ensure the best possible attendance for this single-day event.

​EXHIBIT BOOTHS
Reserve your booth today - fashion, spa, children's products, health and wellness, beauty, home decor, electronics, jewelry and accessories, clothing, fitness training, financial planning, whatever - to present them to potential customers! This event will be interactive and provide a fun day out for women of all ages! Booths should encourage interaction with experiences, giveaways, games, tastings, etc.

*Table & black tablecloth will be provided for all exhibitor levels.

*Exhibitor fee covers ONLY (1) assistant per business each additional staff member MUST purchase a ticket in advance or upon entry.
*VIP Black perks include social media promotion, the company logo on event promotional material and insert space in attendee gift bags also premier placement at the expo entrance. Also, a dedicated volunteer staff assistant for the entirety of the event.

*Exhibitors are required to provide a complete list of all items to be sold and/or services on the day of the expo. Exhibitors will not be permitted to sell items not provided on their product list. A limited number of exhibitors per category will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

*All exhibitors are required to share the event on their social media platforms, via email blasts and/or direct communication. If you have more than one business ONLY 1 (one) can be represented on the day of the expo.
​
*Exhibitors may load and unload at the curbside only. All exhibitors must check in upon arrival at the venue. All sponsors and VIP Vendors will have a private check-in process.

*Vertical Banners must be delivered to the venue the day before the expo or no later than 11 am on the day of the expo. Swag Bag inserts (50) must be delivered at least 3 days before the expo.
